Return Request: You must submit a return request within 14 days of the delivery date of your package. Returns made after this period will not be accepted. We aim to process all returns and refunds within 3 business days upon receiving the returned item.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags (not removed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

Shipping Fees: If you choose to return an item because you no longer want it or selected the wrong item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please double-check the product information, including the size chart, before making a purchase. We appreciate your understanding.

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred will not be refunded unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or if the package was lost or damaged.

Return Address: Do not send your return to the address on your package, as this is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Our returns warehouse is located in the United States and Hong Kong, and we are working to establish additional warehouses in other countries.

Third-Party Purchases: Currently, we have not authorized any third-party vendors for business purposes. Any purchases made through unauthorized third parties are not covered under our warranty.
